Jarek Wojcik
Born, Poland

Studies in painting and art history.
Graduated from the University of Poznan, with M.A. Degree (Medieval Mural Art)
Settled in Melbourne, Australia in 1985.

1981 – 1992:
Projects in collaboration with: National Museum, Szczecin, Poland; Art Conservation Bureau and Centre of Visual Culture, Leszno, Poland; Central Park House of Design, Cocoon Design, Melbourne; Melbourne Art Conservation Centre and Cultural Development Branch, City of Melbourne.

1992:
Established minus art studio, which specialised in all aspects of mural painting, trompe l’oeil and decorative “faux” finishes. Completed commissions in Melbourne, Poland, Germany and Denmark. Collaborations with with Riddel Marly Pty.Ltd. Interior Design Agency, South Yarra;
Kulturfabrikken, Copenhagen and The Fotografers, St. Kilda.

1995:
Coordinated 2nd Festival of The Union of The Baltic Cities, Szczecin, Poland, which included two international art exhibitions: “Horizon Line” and “On Line”.
